Dr. Rehan Zaidi focuses on the integration of Western and Eastern Medicine. A graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology (Sports Medicine) from McMaster University, Dr. Zaidi studied Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. In his commitment to continuing education, Dr. Zaidi has further pursued training in constitutional homeopathy, Chinese medicine, complementary care for cancer patients, and mind-body medicine. He also eagerly pursues fitness and health through mixed and traditional martial arts spending most of 2010 and 2011 in the Far East learning ancient Chinese healing exercises at the feet of QiGong Masters.

Dr. Zaidi started as a primary health care provider for the Allergy Clinic in Canada, then moved to the Middle East to practice as a physician for the Jordanian Centre for Chinese Medicine. He later launched the first Integrative Medicine clinic in Jordan which successfully evolved into the largest facility of its kind in the Middle East, the BioMedical Clinic for Integrative Medicine. It is located in the most sought after district in Amman, the Boulevard.

As an instructor, Dr. Zaidi taught current research in complementary medicine to healthcare professionals for Swiss Remedies and the Bushnaq Palliative Care Center. He was also a lecturer at the Melaka College of Complementary Medicine in Malaysia. Teaching and practicing medicine have been Dr. Zaidi’s main areas of focus for the last 16 years.

Dr. Zaidi was the lead consultant in the development of  a Naturopathic Medical curriculum for Cyberjaya University of Medical Sciences. As in Jordan, Malaysia also sought Dr. Zaidi’s expertise to establish the largest integrative medicine facility in the region, The SOL Clinic.

In humanitarian service, Dr. Zaidi traveled with a team of physicians to provide emergency care to disaster stricken victims in Balakot, Pakistan during the earthquake of 2005, and served the Iraqi refuge population at the Jordan/Iraq checkpoint under Doctors without Borders (MSF).

At the moment Dr. Zaidi is working on releasing a book he has been working on for the last 10 years exploring existential questions that he believes are at the root of every person’s mental and spiritual wellbeing.
