Ramadan is nearly here, and it’s the perfect time for learning more about the bounty Allah has bestowed upon us and increasing our skills so we can be of greater benefit to our fellows by giving the gift of beautifully prepared, healing and nutritious food.

Lose Weight & Burn Fat
This 4 – week course is designed to give men and women the opportunity to learn and apply fitness concepts and conditioning techniques used to obtain optimal fitness for life. Students will benefit from a comprehensive body weight training program and interval training techniques. Students will demonstrate competency in motor skills and movement patterns needed to perform this body weight program and other physical activities. Students will be empowered to develop positive behaviors in fitness, wellness, and movement activity for a lifetime.
