You will need:

  • 12 oz chicken broth or
  • 2 chicken (ideal) or
  • vegetable bouillon cubes (careful of MSG) and
  • 12 oz water
  • 1 chicken (if desired) browned or precooked
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3-5 cloves of garlic, diced
  • 2-3 vegetables of your choice, chopped
  • 1 TBS fresh ginger, chopped
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 TBS chopped green onion
  • 3 grams peppermint
